A letter wrote to Lynn News asking for permission to copy newspaper cuttings that came from there paper.

I have set up a site which is mainly a pictorial History of Thornham.  My father (Henry Greef) who sadly is no longer with us was correspondent for the village for the Lynn News must be 30 years or more, he kept scrapbooks all his life and there are some where in the region of 80 of these, I want to share the contents of these with the village through the website.  Do you see any problem with me copying pictures from cuttings for the site, these will be mainly people shots.  There is no financial reward for running this site, its just a bit of fun for the village to see what is contained in the books my Father left.  There just maybe a few shots (Newspaper cuttings) from your paper on the site already, I would love to keep them on the site but if you say remove them, then they will be at once.  I can give a full acknowledgement to the paper, advertise your paper and put a link to it on the Thornham site.
